MYP 56 ("the app") is a study and organization tool for IB Middle Years Programme students. Your privacy matters, and this policy explains — in plain language — how the app handles your information.

The short version

MYP 56 does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no logins, and no analytics or tracking. Everything you enter stays on your device.

What data the app stores

Everything you create in the app — journal entries, milestones, Statement of Inquiry drafts, ATL skill logs, quiz results, and your name and settings — is stored locally on your device only, using your device's on-device storage.

• This data is never sent to us or to any third party.
• We have no servers and no database that receives your information.
• We cannot see, access, or recover your data.

Data you export

If you use the "Export as PDF" feature for the Personal Project journal, the PDF is generated on your device and saved or shared only where you choose. We are not involved in and cannot access that file.

Deleting your data

You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete all my data inside the app. Deleting the app from your device also permanently removes all of its data.

Children's privacy

MYP 56 is intended for students, including those under 16. Because the app collects no personal data whatsoever, it does not knowingly gather information from children or anyone else.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking technologies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same location with a new "Last updated" date.
